No. One person, one account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, we'll suspend both and hold any balance pending investigation. This protects fair play for everyone.

QRIS withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of your request. Most arrive within 2–4 hours. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Contact us first with your transaction ID and the date of the charge. We'll pull our records and either confirm the transaction or process a refund. If unresolved, escalate to your payment provider's dispute team.

We only suspend or close an account if you breach these Terms—for example, using a fake identity, attempting fraud, or violating fair play rules. We'll notify you of the reason and give you a chance to respond.

Your balance is held in a segregated account separate from our operating funds. If aye4d ceases operations, your balance is returned to your registered payment method within 30 days.
